Came from a barnyard mix. Hatched out of a light brown, medium sized egg labeled polish. I know polish eggs are white, and that's no polish chick.
 
That is a fluffnugget. One of the cutest I've seen.

And he has a beard. And what looks like some type of flat comb? Rose? Walnut? Pea?

So I'll ask for a closeup of that comb, and the list of breeds that the seller has.
The seller had a long list, but it didn't list every breed he/she had. The comb I'm thinking is either pea, or walnut. Will be sure to get a close up photo of it's comb tomorrow for you.

The seller's a collector, I see.

I'd say EE cross. There are only four entries on that list that have beards; Salmon Faverolles have feathered legs. Ameraucanas should have white skin, which is dominant. Ergo, EE cross. Or possibly OE cross. Not that the difference is really large enough to matter.
