Maybe I will e-mail her picture to the hatchery and see what they say. She does look like a production red slightly but i think her colors are to distinct. She has a single comb, yellow legs, and no muffs so I don't think EE.

She looks very much like a black sex link to me They vary tremendously in color. It could also be a poorly colored lakenvelder. However, as a baby it looked like a golden laced wyandotte to me, but I can't quite tell what kind of comb it has. Does it have a single comb?
I had a hen who looked just like this one that my mom picked out of a batch of Black Star Sex Link Pullets at a feed store. She was even the same color as yours as a chick. Don't know what causes some of them to look like that, because the normal hens are black with red splashes all over their breast feathers. Hope I helped!
