Mystery chick, who am I?

This is the free mystery chick that arrived with my order. He/she is looking like a Barred Rock, Dominique or? When they send freebies, aren't they generally cockerels? If so, does anyone know how they determine what to send? Do they take region into consideration, potential for breeding? Or, is it "we have spares of this" or "wouldn't that be pretty"?

Not, too young to see comb type. Just need a good frontal view of the face.

If that's a rose comb then it could be a Dominique.

Apologies, new phone and the camera has a pause. My breeds with single comb are apparent. This little "guy" does have that.
