I recently got a couple of chicks and the store I got them from had no clue what breed this one chick was and I couldn’t seem to find any breed description that it fit. I was wondering if anybody might know what breed it is or might have an idea of what it is.

I would say Easter egger but I think it has a single comb.... But some of the new crosses do.
And it looks like cockerel but its only a chick, so don't take that seriously.

Thank you so much!! Even if it is a cockerel I got in some EE pullets the other day and there’s no laws on having roos in my area. It’d be cool to have a little EE army.

100% Easter Egger. Thinking possible cockerel based on comb size.

Single comb is unlikely, but possible. Cant really tell from my device. EE, possibly male, but its still too young so I wouldnt be surprised if it were a female.
