Mystery chick

Anyone have any ideas what breed of chick this bare legged chick might be? Received as a purchased blue cochin. When I called AV Hatchery with the question. I was told that sometimes through breeding some Cochins don’t have feathers on their legs . I won’t be purchasing from this hatchery again I actually received two chicks like this one was so tiny along with a blue cochin that was so tiny I virtually was feeding them every two hours doing everything that was listed on this forum, but sadly lost them anyway.
I should mention they turned a week yesterday.

It has a crest. What's really strange is that they don't list any crested breeds on their website. Can you get a picture of its comb? Is it a v or more of a flat shape?

It looks to be crested and doesn't match any of the breeds they list. Very odd.

The chicks were actually drop shipped from Ideal Poultry.
At least I am assuming Ideal Poultry…zip code was Austin, TX.
