Hey there, I am both new to this forum and am reasonably new to raising chickens.
I also have two Pekin ducks I’ve raised with them. I decided after building a very large coup & run to add a younger batch of chicks to my flock family. Only one is a mystery. If I could have any help identifying this chick I would be most grateful. Thank you.

Hi there. I got it at my local North 40 Farm and Ranch store. At that time I got too buff Orpington‘s, lavender Orpington, a blue bell, and this mystery chick. The mystery chick was in the same pin as the buff Orpington‘s if I remember correctly, it was the only one of its kind with the stripes on the side. I asked what kind it was & they said they didn’t know it was a mystery chick and I said I’ll take it too.

Not related to your post, but are your ducks male or female? If you will be keeping them all together, just be aware that a male duck will kill a pullet or hen by mating with them.
Actually, I have one of each in my Pekin ducks. I have one male and one female just won the jackpot lottery. And so far my pekin duck has only tried to breed my female pekin duck; quite aggressively and in the shallow baby pool I have for them I’ve had to hold her head above water quite a bit while he was getting to it but so far has left my chickens entirely alone, but thanks for your concern. Have a good day.
