Mystery Chicken -- can you solve the mystery?!

This chicken has visited my ladies the last couple days. Does anyone know what breed it is? I saw a similar picture online that looked somewhat similar that was some type of heritage breed. Also, is this definitely a roo? Thanks!

Hmm, that's a tough one. Looks like he's a bantam so I'm going to guess an Old English Game Bantam. He may be mixed, though, because it looks like he has a rose comb.
