Mystery chicken: Isbar or Cream Legbar?

I picked up three chicks locally, all eggs from Greenfire Farms, one for sure a polish the other two Isbar or crested cream legbar. Unfortunately one of the chicks passed so I’m trying to figure out the unknown’s breed. I was pretty sure it was the crested cream legbar, however at 1month there is zero crest development. Also if anyone knows if it’s a cockerel or pullet would be appreciated!

Do you know about when the crest begins to develop? Or when you know it just isn’t a bird of SOP? There’s absolutely no sign of the long pointed crest feathers typical in a roo

It actually may be a lakeshore egger cockerel. It probably isn’t a cream legbar because it looks like a mix.

Looks like a Legbar cockerel. My Legbar got her crest at this age, so I would assume not crested. If he's from the production and not the Rees line, than they may just show more variability.

Roo CCL the females are darker in color and their breast is a salmon color. They take a while to mature. Just give him time.

I’m new to Cream Legbar Chickens. I ordered eggs and only 1 hatched, she had a crest at 2 weeks. This is her at 4 weeks old.
