Mystery chicken

I recently got what I thought was a white leghorn. After looking at picture of white leghorn chicks, I have determined it is not one. Any ideas on what she is?

A frizzled baby that's for sure! Probably a cochin (maybe bantam if it's not very big) with those fluffy legs.

It looks like a frizzled Cochin! Maybe even a roo too....

How do you tell if they are a rooster.

The comb/wattle is bigger and redder if it's a rooster.
