[Chasing Chickens]

This is “Mystery” our 19 week old something. As a chick, Mystery was all black. He-She was slower to develop feathers, has longer and softer feathers, and has made odd vocalizations for weeks. Mystery came from a big box store (Hoover’s Hatchery), and looked NOTHING like the other chicks in the brooder. Mystery is markedly smaller than the other chickens the same age. My best guess so far is a Black Olive Egger. Different thoughts from anyone else? Male-Female? The comb seems to be developing into a rose style. And although hard to see in the pictures, Mystery has muffs. Thanks in advance!! We’ve been keeping chickens for years, but this little one has me stumped!!

It's not an Ameraucana. I see yellowish skin on the feet and it's not a standardized color. Why do you say not an EE?
