Hello- I picked up this pullet about 8 weeks ago. Any guesses on breed? She’s got quite a crest on her with puffy cheeks. The person selling her had no idea what she is. (She is a pullet, right?)

If you bought that Pullet you should ask for your money back. That is of course a barnyard mix cockerel... surprised given its size that it isn't doodling already.

I agree that he's a mix. My best guess would be Polish and Delaware, I think I'm seeing barred hackles. I am no expert with genetics in the slightest, but that's what it kind of looks like to me personally

Yep, it's a boy. I can see polish in there and possibly silkie or another muffed breed.

Agreed, mix breed cockerel. Probably polish and something else, but I'm not sure what. He's beautiful; are you able to keep a rooster?
