Nice birds!
For the past 3 years, a lady up the road from us has been dumping her roosters here. It's really strange.... A few times it's been while we are gone. I have caught her though, my dogs bark at everything. She made the excuse that she stopped by to purchase eggs . My daughter says "no momma, she was dumping chickens behind the bushes!" The last time she had her teenage daughters dump them, I talked with them and said it wasn't necessary for them to be so sneaky and that we would take their unwanted roosters. We have gotten quite a few nice roos from them!!

I agree that Lucia is probably an Easter Egger, and probably so are three of the others. The red one with bits of white and a single comb looks like a Gold Sexlink (unless it's a Whiting True Green from McMurray hatchery-- brown egg would mean sexlink, green would be the WTG.) Opal the black hen has me puzzled-- I'd say Black Australorp or Black Jersey Giant, except the comb and wattles don't look quite right. Egg color would help sort that out.

You should get some pretty eggs from those girls!

All your hens are Easter eggers except for the red unbearded hen (red sex link) and the black hen (she's probably an EE cross or an olive egger).

That's a possibility, yes. Has she laid any eggs yet? That could help figure it out.

It's possible but there are several other black breeds that could be involved, such as marans, Jersey giants, black orpingtons, etc.
