Mystery solved, I think. Golden laced Sebright banty.

Blackbird12, you askd if it would become a LF or banty; Sebrights only come in banty size, so it's going to be a banty.

she was in a pullet bin, not that that means alot- but anyway here she is

If she is a sebright, "She" probably isn't sexed, and was mistakenly put there. (sebrights are close to impossible to sex Accurately)
