Just in time for Easter (and only a few days late for April fool's day) I found the tiny egg below in the nest box with three ordinary banty eggs. It was still warm! Do I have someone new laying (I have two hens who hatched last summer and don't seem to be laying yet)? Did some wild bird randomly find their way into our coop?

Could be a fairy egg or pullet egg. Do you have breeds that lay green eggs?

The new birds hatched last summer are allegedly a silkie and an old english. The silkie looks like a silkie but the old english from the same breeder definitely also has extra toes and blue ears so she's certainly not pure. Not sure what all else either of them might be.
We do have another barnyard cross bantam who lays blue eggs, and she did also have an egg in the nest.
