Mystery Egg ?!?!

That's what I was gonna do, but I usually hollow them out.

I tried that once but it shattered. Now I just let them dry out. Here's my collection. Most recent is the tiny dark blue one at bottom of pic. There are two normal-size eggs for size comparison.

do the big ones dry out as easily, I worry about them getting rotten

I did blow out the big ones. I used a screw to open a hole at each end by tapping. A screw works well because it is sharp, but don't drill or the shell will tear and yoi'll get too big of a hole. When you have a hole at each end, insert a skewer of some sort to addle the yolk before gently blowing out the contents.
