I think they are referring to your use of the all caps which is considered yelling in text speak... it did come across as though you were rather animated about certain words.

I have used that particular hatchery in the past and have received extra females with some orders whether that was specifically the mystery chick or just some packing peanuts that happened to be female who knows. Not all extra or free birds are male, despite what many people think or say..... particularly for hatcheries who don't maintain a storefront location where they sell their extras, they have to get those extra birds out of their facility on ship day so into the boxes they go

Are they saying it's a guaranteed pullet? If not then I would be suspicious since extras usually turn out to be males.
