mystery Golden Duckwing bantam.

I need help! I have a beautiful Golden Duckwing rooster, about a year old. However he has a black muff! I can only find references to a white muffed OE game bantam.He is a perfect replica of a Golden Duckwing, although not dubbed.He has a large rose comb. Any opinions, could he be crossed, or? Clean legs, sorry no pics...

I did consider that he was crossed with a Belgian D'Anvers, he is sleek and has the body type of a OE, tall on tall legs, his neck is sleek, not "puffy" lol like a D 'Anvers..but he is a perfect representation of a Golden Duckwing in color. I am concluding that he is a cross of some sort, since no one is saying, duh, it's a black muffed Golden Duckwing OE bantam, lol. Thanks!
