Mystery issues with my 14 week old pullet- 4 days and I’m stumped!

My pullet began standing around with one eye closed and sleeping a lot four days ago. If I go in and try to grab her she perks up and has energy. She seems somewhat better in the mornings, but gets more tired in the afternoon.

Her breathing seems fine, eye isn’t swollen, no discharge, no cough or sneeze.

She has loud, watery diarrhea as well.

I treated the whole flock for poultry lice with revenge horsefly spray the same day I noticed her starting to drag, but she may have been more subtly slowing down before. I do not see any live lice on her now, but there are eggs.

She isn’t panting at all, despite high heat and everyone else panting. Nobody else has any of these issues.

I have offered yogurt, electrolyte-laced jello with blueberries and veggies, and started corid.

She shows interest in food and pecks it but I can’t tell if she is swallowing or just pecking. She is drinking reliably.

I’m totally stumped. She hasn’t gotten better or worse in 4 days.

Any ideas?!

Have you checked her crop in the morning before any food to see if it's emptying completely or if there's any smell from her mouth that might indicate a sour crop. This is from a previous post on how to handle a sour crop:
Do not massage a boggy swollen crop. It can make her vomit and aspirate crop contents and choke to death. If she has a sour crop, she is not digesting food and may be very weak. Offer some electrolytes with vitamins, and get some miconazole or Monistat cream to give orally. Check her crop first thing each morning before she has any food or water to see if it has emptied. Here is a good article about crop problems:

I don't know what else might be going on, hopefully someone with more experience can answer with some other ideas to help you.
