Mystery Limp

Unfortunately, it could be that you have Mareks disease in your flock. Some can get a transient paralysis, then appear to get better. Wasting away is common in Mareks. Limping can be from a symptom of injury, disease, and this could be unrelated. And your others could have just had coccidiosis or something else that made them weak and not walk. You probably should read some of these links about the disease:

My uncle came back home last weekend (he is a vet) and finally got to take a look at her. He says it is a slipped tendon in her foot. Unfixable and therefore permanent. Thanks for the helpful suggestions and links. Will keep them for future reference.

Slipped tendon is more of a problem in newly hatched chicks. I would do some research to make sure that is what is going on. Here is a link about it: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/publications/6/diseases-of-poultry/220/slipped-tendon-perosis

TenChicks has reported that she has fixed it in a grown rooster before. This is a quote from her on what she did:

I have treated a slipped tendon in an adult rooster with success. The key is definitely catching it early, but try stretching exercises,to do this gently stretch leg backwards(like bird would while normally stretching)what you are doing is stretching tendon, keep pressing tendon into place(you should feel it snap back into place while pressing on it)you will probably have to do this several times a day,you can wrap tendon to keep it in place also.

With my boy i just kept pressing it back into place several times a day,i did not limit his mobility i encouraged him to walk(constantly grabbing him and snapping tendon into place) b/c i did not want tendon to stiffen up. Took him about 2 weeks to fully recover and now walks perfectly fine with no issues at all.

It doesn't seem to be working. The muscle/tissue that holds it in place is ripped/torn which is why it came out in the first place. Instead of snapping in, it just slides back. She doesn't seem to feel any pain and can actually move pretty well. Thinking of putting her back with the others.
