In the run. and also i forgot to mention that it in the middle of the day. I dont know if a weasel could get in anyway.

If it was in the run, you have a predator that is getting in and it is pretty good size or, your chickens are ripping each other apart. There is no predator, besides a rat, that is smaller than a weasel. A rat wouldn't attack and kill two chickens and rip them apart.

You have a breach into your fort knox!

Look for fur at every place that an animal might have squeezed through. Go around and under every single possible location you cam imagine. It is remarkable how often we eventually find the spot if we look closely enough.

I always hang a snare in the spot when I find it. But, I box-in any possible entry so it cannot get to my chickens. In other words, I leave the opening he used open. Then, I box around it with hardware cloth. This way he tries to use the original opening and gets caught. Hung by the neck until dead!

Catch that sucker.

Oh my god! i looked for holes, and guess what, a gaping hole in the top net over the run! what would this be? it very lite netting, what could crawl on it, go in, and get out!?!
