The facemuffs are on the rooster's half sister, Digits....I know now though that the mother had facemuffs

Since the mother had muffs, that explains where her daughter got them.

Would Bagel have gotten different pattern genes from the ISA brown? Because Bagel's feathers have a lot more definition compared to my black Australorp/ISA brown cross and the two other dominant white pullets I have, I questioned whether or not she was even from my ISA brown family. Though Bagel's white highlights look a lot like my ISA brown's.

ISA Browns are hybrids (a cross of two breeds), so it's quite possible for some of their chicks to inherit different genes than others.

Unrelated: Could partial lacing come through in a dominant white?

Dominant White turns black to white. Yes, it can cause black lacing (or partial lacing) to become white. That is exactly what happens in White Laced Red chickens, or the Polish color called Buff Laced.

Oh, that makes sense. I thought you meant that you had learned something new from the breeder, about the mother of that pullet.
