Mystery Roo

When we ordered chicks from a hatchery in January, they threw in this "mystery chick." It is now an 7-month old roo that we have come to love. We think it is an Ameraucana. Thoughts or specifics?

hatcheries dont sell Ameraucana they sell ee's. what hatchery did it come from?

Wondering what makes you think it is ee. The legs aren't yellow. Is it the feather pattern? Either way, we think he is grand just want to know.

looks like there might be some wyandotte in him...ee's can look like anything with or without a beard, any color of legs, any comb type, ect

Don't know what he is, but he shore is purty.

I should have some pictures of it as a chick. Just need to dig them out of the digital files. I am also going to send the photo to the hatchery tomorrow. It might be an EE, but it was supposed to be an exotic chicken. I wouldn't necessarily consider EE exotic.
