Mystery rooster

Discovered that someone abandoned a rooster in my run this morning. Never seen anything like him. Any ideas what he might be?

i used to have one like him. two, actually. he's an EE

The coops and gates have locks now but the run is essentially a fenced in yard made from cattle panels. I'm sure whoever it was probably tossed him over the fence.

That is so ridiculously irresponsible!

I hope he doesn't have anything contagious.

VERY few roosters are successfully re-homed hence why he was dumped.

Ours says "Violaters will be shot, survivors will be shot again"

We actually have a few across the gate and down the road leading to our house.

This was after someone decided to stay on one of our properties after being told to leave. They pretended to leave and actually stayed at the other end of the property

Still doesn't justify this, but I do agree. Some owners are just really irresponsible.
