The tail, those colors, and his size make me think serama/silver leghorn cross... or maybe a game/leghorn? Could be any number of things. He is super duper pretty, nonetheless!

Tomorrow morning I will go count the toes, thought all chickens had the same amount of toes? lol. I like him though, he always seems not afraid of anything. Usually when I get new chickens, they are always a bit shy but he never was. The funny thing though is when he try to go toe to toe with my dog...my 120 lb rottweiler

luckily my dog knows better than to do anything when im around haha. Thanks for all the guesses, makes my rooster seem even more special now lol. Once I get a broody hen, im going to see how those chicks look like, so curious
