The "no medicated feed for ducklings" is a myth/misinformation that people keep perpetuating. If the feed is medicated with amprolium and/or bacitracin, it's perfectly safe. There are a few other drugs that are safe too, but I don't know the names off the top of my head.
Next time anyone tells you that ducks can't have medicated feed, ask them about it. Ask questions about the specific medication and what the side effects are. Ask them to point you to credible resources written by veterinarians or poultry experts.
Anyway, back to your feed. Ducklings need their feed to have no less than 25 mg of niacin per pound, so you will need to figure out how to do that. I don't think adding Calf Manna will work though.
