Will you be able to help me identify what's causing my Brassy Back EE to look like this? I can identify pattern gene, but have no clue to why it's looking extensive gold as well.

A few Easter Eggers for my lonely chick.View attachment 4194798
I love the ones that look like little gull chicks (the autosomal barred.)
Ohhhhh
I just realized why they call the "Gull" chicken breeds "gull." (Friesian Gull ect)
It's not about the adult plumage at all.

Amer's suggestion sounds good to me. I don't have any better ideas.

Of course there is the possibility that Easter Eggers may be expressing color genes in combinations that are not found in any color of any pure breed of chicken (so not studied in those combinations), and there may be some genes that have not been studied at all or added to any lists of genes.

Well, judging by how buff Brahma chicks look, I'd think this is Columbian, (some buff Brahma chicks are weirdly dark) but the difference in appearance with Brahmas is evidently due to it being duckwing based.
Weird, I would've expected a muffled, or somewhat broken pattern on a chick with Columbian.
