I use hydrogen peroxide. I just need the right container to put it in. Haven't found one yet.

First chickens that I'll be breeding are the Easter Eggers. Since those are laying good currently. Mostly just the pullets right now. Waiting for the hens to start up.

Don't know if this is the right thread for it, but since we talked about Dong Tao before I thought I'd ask. Can Dong Tao be considered gamefowl? And do they have the body build of gamefowl? I don't know that much about gamefowl yet as I haven't owned them. But as far as I can see gamefowl tend to be tall and slender, can Dong Tao be considered that too? Cause to me they seem more broader build like dual purpose chickens for example.

They are from Vietnam area, raised for meat there.

Technically yes they can be considered Games as their direct ancestry comes from that, but the Gameness has been bred out.

Dong Tao are only Gamefowl based on lineage, not because they're Game.


This is a butchered Malay Game for example of wideness, they're very broad as well. They've been bred for multiple purposes, egg laying isn't one.
