Yes, the dragons can be any size, and yes, you can be an evil one. The phoenix queen is special because on the crown and throne, which are magical, there are firestones. The phoenix queen has fire instead of blood, which reacts to the stones, giving her incredible powers, and making her the only one who can keep the seasons in check. When Aarmon claimed the throne, his only motives were power and riches.

Also, when a non-phoenix is crowned, and sits on the throne, all magic evaporates from them, only returning when the rightful ruler is crowned. Hope this helps!:D

Description: she has ombré blue hair which goes from midnight blue at the top to cyan at the bottom. She also has almost violent purple eyes which people say have a crazed look in them. She has dark tanned skin which makes her look pretty if you discard the fact she is only 30cm tall. She has sharp teeth which look kind of like needles, and she has a smile which melts hearts. She also has dark purple wings
personality: she is quite firey and feisty, particularly to people picking on her size and on her species. Because let’s be honest, wouldn’t you laugh if you saw a tiny person who could fly. She can also be caring which is why she heals whoever comes to her in need.

Does her sharp smile literally melt hearts? I can see already that her and Rosita aren’t going to get along.
