It is Sunday the 23rd. I'm not sure the "offical" start time.

Several folks coming from far away are coming in the evening before. They'll probably be wheeling and dealing poultry in the hotel parking lot before most of us even show up!

I was told anytime after 10 am - and DON"T sell all the chickens before I get there around noon!!

I suspect that it will be more a chickenSWAP than a chickenSTOCK. It seems like everyone has "too many chickens" and they are bringing their extras--- but then they want this one.... and that one.... and so everyone will just swap chickens and sit around and chew the fat
Maybe we shoudl just put them all in a coop and you reach in, pull one out, and when your turn comes, you can pick one from the coop or steal someone else's.

Sounds like I'm the only one who is showing up without birds, and an empty coop at home. I guess I could be persuaded to take some of your excess chickens off your hands, just to help you all out. lol.
