I checked my tub of Bantam Cochins, man, there are a TON of Roos in there! I bought two blue Pullets two weeks ago, and I think one of them is no longer a Pullet!

Oh, and one of my White Silkies is not a hen anymore....

sonew..I think we have the same chickens (0:

I am happy to do eggs for the auction, but I figure whatever I say will quit May 20th.
I'll see what we don't have a bunch of as the time approches. I know there will be Olive Eggers(which are not in short supply for Chickenstock)and Cuckoo Marans.
Maybe Blue and Black Coppers. Probably not the Amers since I am drowning in eggs now.
Probably Cochins.

We're trying to get our patio done (which must get done soon since there's a 2 foot drop out of our back door, and ... HEY!! We DO have a mud pit!!!

Anyway, We can't wait!

Also, Gretchen (Baregretchen) wrote the following:
We're not doing an auction for live birds, right? People are just selling them outright to other BYCers for the price they feel is fair and proceeds go to the seller.

I don't really understand what is meant by this... If you guys sell chickens, I don't want any of the money. That wouldn't be fair. If that isn't what is meant, please explain
