We are 1-1/2 hours from Kent Island (going East) over the Bay Bridge. On the Southern tip of Dorchester Co. What town are you in?

This is really going to be a big thing we have so many great breeders responding

We should all do a special BYC show quality juvenile chick sale at a super low price.

I was thinking something like $15 for one of you best juveniles (you know one of the ones we normally keep for ourselves, do well in a show or bring in big bucks in an auction)

Obviously we don't know who is really great until they fill out but most of us know the real "contenders" by 6-16 weeks of age. I was thinking if all those who wanted to participate then we could do a raffle or something, or post them before hand to choose.... I don't know just a thought...

I think a raffle is a great idea, and maybe a 50/50, maybe we can get someone to donate door prizes..........just an idea

Either way, horses, pigs, chickens...too cool and I see tons of fun for all!!!!!

ps. my friends Percheron is deff in foal for a spring baby. I am pretty excited b/c cept for chickens we dont breed anything.
Kids are annoyed all the animals have "had the operation so they cant have babies"

Well not from the chickens, but from our ducks lol. They want another brother or sister too, but I dont think thats going to happen, I've got my hands full with the 2 of them

We are really hoping we will be able to make it to PA!!!

Actually, Jo might just have the baby by then! She was bred in June, so May is the month... Knowing my luck, she will go into labor May 22nd, which would mean a very late night for me

Animals like to do that sort of thing you know!

I am trying to get a nice door price together, and was wondering what kind of games would be good to keep kids busy. I don't have any, so you guys are gonna have to help me out on that one

Hey Belgian,

My App boy is from New Tripoli area (Germansville), Venture Farms. I wish we could come up there, but we're a lot more south now. Have fun everybody
