Hey 19hhBelgian!

I'd be happy to donate some artwork as a door prize, if you think anyone would be interested. Or were you thinking of a "live" door prize, like a pair of chickens or something like that? I'd also like to second jerseygirl1's suggestions for a raffle or 50/50, or maybe a silent auction. Great idea! It really sounds like it is going to be a fun day!

As examples of my artwork, I am attaching five photos. The first three are signs painted on wood that I did as commissions for Christmas. The last two photos are painted on a 12" x 12" ceramic tiles and made into trivets for people. The finish is baked on and is virtually indestructible. None of these have chickens on them, but it wouldn't be a problem doing a sign with chickens. I can either do a generic sign that most people would like, or we can award a "custom" sign, tbd at time of winning. Whatever works fine with me.

Just let me know if you think anyone would be interested in a door prize like this.

We just bought him outright, as somebody had half paid for him, didn't deal much. He is awesome, other than being untrained(we lived hours away and he played lawn ornament at my parents"). So good, I kept him intact. We will be breeding him to my new broodmare this year... Twist my arm a little LOL

Seriously though, yes, I can do a good representation of just about anything! Maybe for a door prize I could paint a line of chickens representing several different breeds standing on a fence with "Welcome" painted beneath it. How does that sound?

Oh, and I think I am going to be in the same boat as you....many chickens to bring, many tempted to buy, and the potential to be VERY broke!
