I was hoping to start it wednesday because I have turkey eggs going in too but they aren't even here yet! So my hatch will be on day 28 while im on the road!! Ill bring what hatches and have someone else in charge of the rest of the hatch:-(

Yeah mine will be a week old but lav hatches are still pretty unpredictable. Sometimes they run early and some times they run late. My luck they will run late. I can't set them mid week either. My incubator only works properly with my nose on the window

Me too- I may have to buy a plug in thingy for the car ride and keep hatching as Luvins and I are driving haha--hey I can do that??? Thats sounds reasonable enough!

My friend Ashley and I are planning coming to Chickenstock. It will be our first one ever! Newbies! Ashley and I are looking for Silkies in Black, Blue, Splash, White and Lavender. Also any Frizzle Japanese Bantams out there, we are also interested.

I have been under the weather lately and so busy. My inbox is full and I just cant bring myself to empty it

so please e-mail me in the meantime.

I dont know how many lavs will hatch they seem to be my hardest to get all the way through but I set a lot of them.

I just posted an auction with a few new pics and my page shows my lav parents as well. here in the auction on eggbid for a few updated pics, my batteries died and the sun was in my eyes and the birds were not cooperating today and i know I need new pics of the whole flock I just havent gotten around to it. So some of the pics I use are from this past fall and summer, but you can still tell the quality

anyway depending on the amount of lavenders I hatch I may set a limit because a few people have expressed interest, I hope I can just fill all of them but dont want to count my chickens.....
