I'm getting so excited, I couldn't sleep the other night. My first chickies! So what should I bring for them for the long drive home. Boxes, chick starter, heat packs, waterer. Anything else? I'm sorry I'm so needy, it just that they seem so little and fragile - I don't want to do anything stupid.

Would any one be interested in Campbell ducklings. Their great layers. I have 17, 3 day old ducklings to thin out. I really need to find homes for some of these. $3 a piece or 4 for $10. I'm staying in a hotel so I wasn't planning on bringing anything, but if someone wants some let me know.....

ok so I hit the party store with a vengence and picked up some yummy organic lolly pops and such. I am thinking of letting the kids make them themselves as there are stuff that is more boyish, girlish and some stuff for toddlers.

I did not get a piniata as they cost too much

But I do have a bunch of great stuff for the kiddies to keep them busy and out of our hair

I also got the stuff for a potato side dish and organic hot dogs.



DOES anyone breed mini pot bellied pigs? I have decided that that is the pet I am going to get my ds since he is so allergic to dogs and wante the chickens and ducks to play with him (games like tag which is really chasing Marty around, good thing Marty is such a good sport about it.

I miss them so bad I bough bamboo reed fencing to block people from being able to see into my yard and think I can get away with them this time as I know it was my MIL who saw them and called them in.
