Not exclusively, but have had people tell me that they should all be about the same sive so that nobody "picks" on anyone else. Our only requirement is that they be Heritage breeds or heritage crosses. we're not looking to breed or show (for the time being) but are looking to continue a time honored tradition of chicken keeping. SOooo Excited. thanksfor all the help

I have all my large and bantams together, and they are fine !!!!!!! I think if htey are raised together, they are OK with each other, infact, my new LF chicks were hatched with OEG birds, and they all seem to get along well.

That's OK, I am a new bie too!! LF is large fowl (I THINK) and OEG is Old ENglish Game Birds - pretty
