thank you cmom! am getting name tags and doing a few things to prepare...limited shade so pray for a cool day...for bio security maybe tarps under birdcages that can be taken home...maybe don't wear your chicken shoes? I am always worried about bio security and have had a closed colony for two years...have not brought in any birds from outside...religiously dust and worm mine...am I being a b***h? I worry about yours as well as my own...does anyone else worry about these things going to swaps and all? I just had a brain fart about all of this over the past few days...I am not trying to insult anyone or be mean or anything...I have OCD and I am a professional worry wart...don't try to "fix." me...

edited to add, I am not demanding anything from anyone with regard to ground cover for birds and cages...just a thought...we used to do tarpy things under x pens with the dogs at dog shows to keep them clean and from picking up any bugs of some sort...
