Naked butt

My poor polish had all but 3 tail feathers plucked out along with half her back. She really looks like she just came off the spit. Anyway will they grow back? I got her for my daughter to show in 4-H or should I think about getting her another to show? I'll post a pic later

My females who are not Polish have pulled out my Polish Roos "hair" and his tail feathers. The small tail feathers are coming back, and the head ones were trying too, but the still keep getting pulled out.

They'll grow back, but do you know what happened? Is another chicken being aggressive toward her? I would try to find a way to resolve the situation before it happens again.

Could it be the boys when they are mating?In which case use a poultry saddle. The feathers will grow back, but better to address the cause than risk losing them straight away again.
