Is this a Pullet or cockerel? If a Pullet, what egg color should I expect? Dad is an Easter egger, mom is naked neck

Looks like a pullet! Without knowing what egg color gene dad carries, eggs could be either brown or green.

Looks female. It may or may not lay a colored egg depending on which egg color gene it inherited from the Easter Egger father.
