Naked Neck Girl or Boy?

This is Twiglet, they are 12 weeks old, I am a first time chicken mommy and have a nagging feeling that they are a rooster. The other NN we have from the same batch has no sign of wattles or has such a large comb ( but they are a little slower developing as they had wry neck which looks to have stunted their growth a little) Any help with sexing Twiglet would be great !

That's a tough one. Could you post a pic of the tail feathers? If they are rounded, it's a girl. If they are long and pointed, it's a boy. I am leaning towards boy but hard to tell.
