Naked Neck - Is it a variation or breed?

Thanks for the tips, and I’m not using him for breeding, or stuff like that. I just rescued him or else he would have gone to a meat farm and been killed, but here he’ll live until he’s old. So I don’t care about his quality, and I love him just as he is! I was just asking because I’ve never heard of a Naked Neck until I met him
