Naked neck rooster or pullet?

I think it's a rooster because I ordered two from ideal but I just wanted to make sure it's really a roo.

Thanks i wasn't completely sure because he is smaller than the other one and much more calmer so it made me question him.

Pointed saddle feathers are the give away.

I'm not seeing pointed saddle feathers - and being a necked neck, no hackle feathers

I'm seeing the pointy saddle feathers, and also a couple of the tail feather's are curving downward. I agree that it's a cockerel.
