naked neck rooster?

I am thinking rooster based on the coloring, but wanted confirmation since the comb is smaller than that of his/her two brothers (who are also crowing, this one isn't yet).
Oh, and s/he is about 4 months old:

Rooster.

Don't look at color, look at the feathers. Males will have pointed feathers, the girls will not.
