Should I take my dads pizza restaurant and move it down south? He is going to retire soon, I grown up in the Greek Pizza restaurant my whole life.. I know it's Christmas Day but in the restaurant world there are no days off.

My opinion...stay where you are as long as business is in the black. The cold weather will subside but in the South...hurricanes take no times off. Plus, chickens are a full time hobby with 'no days off' too.

Purely conjecture on my part but if the mother is not a Banty ...I would presume that the young Could be the result of a bantam cock...but if that's the case, from my experience, they are a tough lot and if they were put in with momma, they might be ok...

On the other hnd...from the looks of the young compared to the mother...they might be full size.

I open there door and wait usually they hang on door looking out window watch listen to flocks in side yard. . . They are about 3 months old, ~~ Unless they are a Freeky Banty size I'm gonna say they are Standard NN Mix




NN Bantys I've raised were smaller @ this age and stayed that size.



and @ a few days old, Both were Cockerels



How and when to put the 2 girls out...

Guess I should wait till they get more feathers ?

Sometimes you can wait too long...perhaps you can catch a reasonably warm day and let them out. They should be familiar with each other at this point and sort of 'gang sleep' when they go to roost....Again, just an idea.

I think I made my NN rooster mad at me yeaterday, I took away his non-Naked Neck wives. There were 4 game crossbreds in with him, but I gave them to another rooster.
He wasn't too happy but he was also confused as what to do about it.

That's a nice long life, still doesn't help with the loss but shows what kind of care they get. So sorry for your loss.
