Naked Neck/Turken Thread

I have frizzle naked necks but the pullet is young and has just laid her 1st egg 2 days ago. I also have a naked neck regular feather boy. they all are greek landrace. on the other hand I have 5 hybrid Nn barred pullets. I might play with hatching their eggs some time around June.

Not a fan of frizzles, just because any odd bird in my flock tends to get bullied. But the barred NN are awesome.

One of my favorite Nn girls. She was sooo ugly as a chick that I named her Uggums. She had gotten wet so I gave her a Mohawk hairdo here.

I am not from Utah anymore. But I was living in Salt Lake. I have been to Spanish Fork! A lot more rural than Salt Lake

Yes, but now..Sadly, barely. It's grown exponentially!!

I was in Spanish Fork a couple months ago actually and I know what you mean. The whole place has blown up since I left. Can’t say I miss it

I miss my old Spanish Fork. Moved here in the 60's so of course a big change, but most has happened the last 5 years. Its crazy.

For now, it's looking like a pullet. She is pea combed like the Brahma and I don't see any pink or redness to the comb.
