For the heck of it....I posted this on our local thread. You can really see this guys nakedness. I sooooo wish at least one of these would have been a pullet. I sold the frizzled chicks, these are the only two I kept. bummer. Yes, the bantams are good layers. Some lay some pretty decent sized eggs too.

I have not been notified that this thread has anything new on it for a long time ???? I just have to keep checking for some reason? I subscribed a long time ago.

I just had a pretty good hatch. 2- bantam barred rocks, 1- showgirl, 2- showgirl x cochins that are Naked Necks( with black skin)

3- sizzles?, and 7- Japanese Bantams

My babies are getting big..I think their both girls which would be a miracle for me since I got them out of straight run.

Father is half EE/Naked Neck Mother is a Leghorn (Crazy huh)

Hi guys! I'm new to being a NN owner. Here's some of my new babies! I have about 9 of them but I'm in the process of deciding who has grabbed my heart and gets to stay.

I was stoked to hear that if I have some hens, they will be really hardy egg layers.

I've got two different kinds here, they are bantams.
