Today we went back to school so I went through all my produce and threw away what went bad during our snow days. I ordered way too many pizzas for the kids and changed some of my menu for next week and beyond

You need a serious shopping spree, girl. Not having extra in the house is SO against the Yarners' Code!

I need to get some more yarn too. I want to knit a hat for our neighbor, and -- gasp! -- I do NOT have enough proper yarn to knit a hat.

Next Wednesday, I will stop at Hobby Lobby for yarn for Charlie's hat.

The tapestry afghan I'm working on has a Bald Eagle on it. The yarn I thought would look alright doesn't stand out against the color around the Eagle. It would be alot easier if the yarn company had a yarn color named Eagle.
