I make a really good gluten free orange cranberry bread. I should try muffins

If your orange cranberry bread is an unleavened bread, you can make muffins by putting the batter in muffin pans and decreasing the bake time.

If it is a yeast bread, you probably need a different recipe to make muffins.

My Cranberry Orange Nut bread is a yeast bread and would not make good muffins but could be used to make rolls.

So do I. I made this gluten free bread for my dad who has celiac. It was delish

No yeast in it. Mine was a quick bread, I assumed yours was, too. A yeast orange cranberry sound interesting
