They are nasty. We track them in the house, and a few times each summer we all step on them. One of my chickens got one stuck in her foot a couple years ago, thankfully it didn't get infected.

Went to the club - filled bird feeders and worked one dog.
Went to Sweet Valley farms and bought a bushel of sweet corn.
Will: husk, cook, remove from cob and freeze a winters worth of sweet corn.

Got 5.5 dozen for $30 - sweet corn here is $8 a dozen so it was a good buy. Didn't 'make' as much as I will need so I'll be processing more.

Will help hubby rip out the tub and put in the new shower. This will be very angst-ful. Curveballs will be flying at us from every angle, I bet. I will be thankful, oh so thankful! when it's done.

I'll get my work out in, and do a plank at some point. ANYTHING else is gravy.

If we don't have a working shower, I will still get the workout in. 293 days without missing one. I'm not missing a day now.
