Watched the chicks hatch. Out of 12 eggs, 11 hatched. The last one is pipping but it hasn't unzipped yet.

It unzipped around 6am, it's fluffing up and stomping around in the incubator! That makes 12 for 12. (12 eggs put in 12 chicks came out)

Worked two dogs.
Went to TSC and fought with feed bags - I won.
Worked three dogs and will now prepare supper.

Clean out chicken coop, laundry, write my work emails.

Welll... I did do a load of laundry.
No weeding/gathering grubs.
No dog cookies.

Instead, I did a load of dishes, applied a coat of poly to the vanity, and rolled my ankle when I was walking.

The ankle thing hurt for a minute, then was fine. All of a sudden now, it freakin' hurts.

Talked to my new chicks...

Cleaned and sanitized the incubator...

Went outside cleaned and pulled more nails out of the used lumber. Had to stop the heat/humidity was horrible.

I went to church.

My ankle is going to limit what I do today, but it's cold and might rain, so inside stuff was the plan anyway.
Make peanut butter.
Make dog cookies (I need the PB for the cookies).
Make grownies.
Work on my project.
Maybe go to the store, if my ankle will allow it.

Dear Ankle, do you think I could go to the store today, please? Please may I go, please?
