Watched tree removal company work to get our pickups out from under the tree and collapse garage.

Watched Hubby start the 2002 pickup and back out real slow. It had a smashed left taillight, the metal around the taillight, a few dents and scrapes. I almost cried when I saw the 2015 though.

I did cry when I saw the garage! With the tree all over it you couldn't really see the damage.

Pulled weeds in the melons today, one cantaloupe is almost ripe, the first of the season
Enjoyed the cool temps. The high today was 82, and it was wonderfully pleasant.

I will impatiently await my first bantam egg. Was planning to give them ivermectin this afternoon for SLM (which has a recommended 2-week egg withdrawal), but NO RUSH, DANDELION!
I will enjoy the last reasonable summer day in the extended forecast.
